Database Administrator/Data Modeler/SQL Programmer
Managed two application versions against an estimated 50 databases across 30 servers covering 4 states using SQL Server Merge Replication to ensure data sync.
Created DTS processes' to automate many of the tasks that the employees and departments had been doing manually for years.
Worked with the .Net developers to assist on the back-end piece of a fully seperated 4-tier application.
Fixed their inter- and intranet applications.
Created Accounts Payable client server application to track invoiced customer batch payments.

Architected application to allow company to track employee billable performance compared to dynamically generated reasonable expected time of completion rates of said tasks. This provides managerial level view of the current staffing status (with respect to employee productivity levels) coupled with the ability to project future staffing requirements based on forecasted needs generated by system based analysis of prior tasks completed.
Used ERWin to model database with extensions to the PFC library to design a highly structured (yet simplistically maintanable) n-tier application, fully delinating the GUI, the business layer, the database access layer, and the database itself.

As Director, Database Management Services, I directed team of nine in the day to day database initiatives, including redefinition of security policies and configuration for tighter production access, re-architecture of indexing structure for performance gains, re-coding of database backup procedures for performance gains as well as lower strain on production servers allowing a less hindered “buy” ability, and re-architecture of supply to buy-side transactional replication procedures to ensure data integrity and reliability across all servers
Provided 24/7 support of the company’s production databases and data load capabilities.
Used “out of the box” methodologies for performance gains (est. 22 million records per hour imported, validated and exploaded to buyer servers):
        o Used binary data formatting to determine load differentials, minimizing actual load to production processing
        o Used sys tables to dynamically authenticate data to be loaded to keep enhancement changes to code a minimum.
        o Used a four-phase approach to data loading whereby data is imported, data type validated, business rule validated, and loaded into production all in parallel phases so as to gain the greatest gains.
Worked to achieve a consistent (estimated) 99.87% accuracy on a vendor send / database load containing an estimated 40 million records across seven separate servers.
Coordinated several concurrent in-house projects from an operations standpoint, providing business and technical background and skills of personnel from several departments into a more cohesive unit in application development
Assisted in migration from SQL Server 7.x to SQL Server 2k.
As Director, Systems Integration & Architecture I handled all technical aspects of Vendor Integration process; building spec docs and project plans, laying out timelines, actual system development and developer testing, UAT, as well as implementation and documentation
Successfully integrated 44 companies with GoCo-op in 35 days, saving the company an estimated $600k based on a consulting estimate to accomplish the same job in the same timeframe.
As Manager of Contect Services / Data Operations, I managed team of ten to process data from vendors nationwide to the production environment while working to streamline the manual process and project plan a more automated process.
Assisted in the development/modification of on-line registration process as well as internal audit systems using ASP technology.
